Everyone's situation is different but the results are usually the same...
I've got a quick question for you... Do you want to be able to run and enjoy it?
Do you want to be able to enter races and events... and succeed?
Come on... You've thought about being that person... that just runs for fun, is the envy of others because you find it so easy... The one that your friends talk about with admiration because of what you achieve or the money you've raised for charity... The source of motivation and inspiration.
So... Why hasn't it happened for you yet? What's been holding you back, in the shadows?
What is it that's stopped your enjoyment of running?
An injury?
Not felt fit enough? Found it uncomfortable? Lack the co-ordination?
You want to be able to run for fun, for yourself, enter events and races but don't feel you can ever run far or fast enough...
You have that little niggle that is always made worse when you run until it's painful to walk...
You don't want to accept challenges because you don't want to let people down...
